Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Continuous Improvement Engineer – Aerospace

We are seeking a highly analytical and solution-driven professional with a strong Lean background and experience in aerospace industry. The candidate will play a key role in identifying operational challenges, analysing root causes and driving practical solutions to improve efficiency, quality and productivity across aerospace manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational inefficiencies, process gaps and improvement opportunities in the process.
• Analyse operational data to identify inefficiencies, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Build reports using tools like excel, Smartsheet , Spotfire etc
• Apply LEAN principles and continuous improvement methodologies to streamline process and eliminate waste.
• Develop and implement solutions that improve productivity, quality, cost efficiency and TAT.
• Monitor key performance metrics and measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
• Promote a culture of data-driven problem solving and operational excellence.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, mechanical or related field.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification.
• Proficiency in excel, data analysis tools like Power Bi, Smartsheet, Spotfire.
• Significant experience in working with aerospace industry.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Analytical bend of mind.
• Solution oriented with execution focus.
• Ability to work with cross functional team

• Proactive problem-solving mindset with intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly get up to speed on diverse business domains.
• Strong follow-through, resilience, and comfort with ambiguity in a high-performance environment.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$70,000 to $75,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
