Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-6 years practicing family law  required , showcasing familiarity with Texas family law statutes and procedures.
• Must have direct experience in family law
• Will handle family cases and effectively resolve legal disputes
• Should devise innovative case strategies tailored to clients' goals
• Must be proficient in drafting and editing pleadings, negotiating with opposing counsel, and advocating fiercely for clients in court
• Will focus on building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional client service throughout the legal process

Skills:

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
• Skillful in communicating with clients and expressing genuine compassion to families who feel/are in “crisis”
• Ability to satisfy a 1450/year billable hours requirement
• Able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding
• Manage a diverse caseload, from initial consultation through to resolution
• Foster positive relationships with clients, court personnel, and the legal community

Language:

• Bilingual (Spanish & English) is highly preferred

More About Our Firm:

Pay: $125,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
