Job Description

Job requirements:

1. More than 3 years of B2B business development (BD) experience in CRO&CDMO within the United States.
2. There is a record of at least 2 years of fully completing the sales targets set by the company for previous positions.
3. Bachelor degree or above in biomedicine, pharmacy, medicine, chemistry, medical English or marketing, etc.
4. Sharp business insight and analytical ability. Key Responsibilites:

1. Be responsible for directly generating business leads, sales prospects, conference/ events and quotes in order to achieve maximum sales and revenue goals.
2. Effectively identifies and pursues new business opportunities while enhancing relationships with existing clients.
3. Drive and work with internal team to process quote, bid defense meeting, and finalize contract.
4. Collect business information of potential competitors in the region.
5. Transform strategic partnerships with the BD team, follow up on key projects worth over a million US dollars, and build medium - and long-term business development pipeline projects.
