SmartEdge Inc is hiring a Campaign Specialist to support sales initiatives, customer engagement, and campaign execution. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who want hands-on experience in sales, marketing campaigns, and client interaction while building skills needed to advance into leadership and management.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new leads through direct customer engagement and relationship building
• Support sales and marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and professional development training
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaign strategies
• Review sales activity, performance metrics, and prospects with management
• Assist with daily sales operations and campaign execution
• Support client initiatives to maximize campaign performance and ROI
• Handle customer inquiries and assist with basic troubleshooting

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of customer service, sales, or related experience preferred (not required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn
• Professional problem-solving and customer service skills
• Self-motivated while contributing to a team-based culture
