Location: Carmel, IN

Contract length: 6 months

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize Clinical Risk Management to develop and implement data error detection and prevention strategic tests for new product validation
• Perform ongoing tests and clinical reviews of results in the Data Audit program, software testing, maintenance system controls, root cause analysis, and policy change control
• Act as a liaison between QM and Data Module Clinicians and Research Assistants, Software and Applications Developers, and Product Management

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• B.S. or Pharm.D. degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
• Five years pharmacy practice experience, preferably in a clinical setting
• Pharmacist licensing required
