Title: RN Nurse Supervisor / Clinical Supervisor

Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Setting: Outpatient – Family Medicine / Primary Care / Urgent Care

Location: Overland Park, KS

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm

Position Overview:

The RN Nurse Supervisor assists with overseeing clinic operations, staff performance, and patient flow while maintaining clinical excellence for an outpatient family medicine and convenient care clinic. This individual serves as a mentor to nursing staff and plays a key role in quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and performance management initiatives.

• Support daily clinic operations including staff scheduling and workflow oversight
• Monitor key performance indicators and promote quality improvement initiatives
• Supervise, mentor, and assist with hiring and performance evaluations of nursing staff
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to establish and uphold patient care standards
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards of care
• Address patient concerns with professionalism and compassion
• Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented clinic culture
• Provide direct patient care as needed

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) Kansas or compact license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in an outpatient / ambulatory clinic setting
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• BSN preferred
• Prior team lead / supervisory experience strongly preferred
