Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large amounts of data to provide insights and support decision-making for our business operations. You will work closely with various departments within the company to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations based on your analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a real estate or related industry
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of Python or R is a plus
