Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Position Type: Full Time / Onsite

Salary Range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry/ Purchase Order Assistant to support daily operations through accurate data entry and system maintenance.

• Enter, update, and maintain style and purchase order data in Excel and web-based systems.
• Upload data for style/order creation and ensure accuracy across all entries.
• Perform daily maintenance of purchase orders and style master data in AIMS.
• Maintain cost sheets, style information, and purchase order details (pricing, quantities, etc.).
• Review data for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and make corrections as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely updates and smooth workflow.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

COMPETENCIES

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with purchase order or ERP systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented with strong organizational skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; or 1–2 years of relevant data entry or purchase order experience.
