As our founding Mobile Engineer, you'll lead the development of our React Native application from the ground up, building intuitive, performant, and scalable mobile experiences. This role is ideal if you're passionate about mobile engineering, thrive in rapid development cycles, and want to significantly influence the mobile direction of our product.

What You'll Do:

• Architect and build a robust React Native mobile app for both iOS and Android platforms
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to translate concepts into intuitive mobile experiences
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and seamless integration with backend APIs
• Rapidly prototype new features, iterating based on user feedback and data insights
• Own app deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement processes

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of professional experience developing React Native applications
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with native iOS and Android development
• Proven experience integrating mobile apps with backend services (REST, GraphQL)
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and performance optimization
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields

Bonus Points:

• Experience in early-stage startups or as a founding team member
• Experience with deploying mobile apps to the App Store and Google Play
• Familiarity with push notifications, real-time updates, and mobile analytics tools
• Contributions to open-source mobile projects or a robust personal portfolio
