Our customer is a leading provider of contract air crews, committed to delivering exceptional staffing solutions for the aviation industry. Dedicated to excellence and innovation, we are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead the team and drive the company to new heights.

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the aviation industry, with a REQUIREMENT for those who have held a commercial pilot rating. This role requires a dynamic leader with experience in B2B sales, P&L analysis, and the hands-on management of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction with an emphasis for all operational aspects of the company.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
• Oversee B2B sales efforts, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Conduct P&L analysis to ensure financial health and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and manage while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Represent the company at industry events and build a strong network within the aviation community.
• Interface with top level leadership within Team Reliance.
• Proven experience in the aviation industry, with a strong requirement for candidates who currently or previously held a commercial pilot rating.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales and developing client relationships.
• Solid understanding of P&L analysis and financial management.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating individuals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute operational plans effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field is preferred.
