Personal Assistant + Housekeeper (Part-Time) — New York City — $25/hr

Role: Personal Assistant / Housekeeper

Location: Manhattan, NYC (in-person)

Pay: $25/hour

Hours: Part-time (10 hrs/week, flexible)

About the Role

I'm looking for a highly reliable, detail-oriented personal assistant to help with errands, apartment organization, and light project management. This is a hybrid housekeeper + personal assistant role — ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.

You’ll help me get set up in a new apartment and keep things running smoothly week-to-week.

ResponsibilitiesHousehold & Cleaning

• Light cleaning and tidying (kitchen, surfaces, laundry, organization)
• Taking out trash / recycling
• Organizing closets, drawers, and storage
• Receiving and unpacking deliveries
• Managing supplies (paper towels, cleaning items, etc.)

Personal Assistant Tasks

• Running errands (groceries, returns, dry cleaning, etc.)
• Printing documents
• Scheduling appointments
• Booking services (cleaners, furniture assembly, etc.)
• Researching options (furniture, services, etc.)
• Coordinating with building management

Move-In & Project Management

• Helping set up and furnish apartment
• Coordinating deliveries and installs
• Tracking to-do lists
• Managing small projects (e.g., set up office, organize closet)
• Following up with vendors

Ideal Candidate

• Extremely organized and proactive
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working independently
• Good communicator (text/email)
• Detail-oriented and clean
• NYC-based
• Comfortable running errands locally
• Bonus: prior personal assistant or housekeeping experience
