Human Resources Administrative Assistant (Entry-Level) - Elgin, IL

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused HR Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This is an entry-level role designed for someone eager to learn, grow, and build a meaningful career in HR - no extensive experience required, just the right attitude and curiosity.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the friendly first point of contact for employees and new hires
• Help coordinate onboarding and make new team members feel welcome from day one
• Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation
• Support scheduling, interviews, and internal communications
• Assist with HR projects and day-to-day operations
• Learn the ins and outs of HR processes from experienced professionals

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ months of office, administrative, or customer service experience strongly preferred (internships will be considered)
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A positive, approachable, and professional attitude
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in Microsoft applications
