American Locker has recently been acquired and is looking for an HR leader who can “roll up their sleeves” and drive positive change through engagement, process improvement, and collaboration for our team in Las Vegas, NV. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes for our employees across the country. You will need to be able to communicate in Spanish to assist our employee population effectively. As the HR Manager, you will play an integral role in building and maintaining a positive, fun, and safe work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Directly recruit and select talent.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Partner with the Secure Locker Division and Assa Abloy Payroll and HR teams to build and follow processes.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

• A strong communicator, with verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish.

• Advanced in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Able to architect strategy and posses strong leadership skills.

• People-oriented and results-driven.

What You Need to Have

• 4+ years of experience as HR Generalist or other HR leadership roles.
• The ability to communicate in Spanish effectively.
• 4+ years of experience with human resources metrics.
• 4+ years of experience with HR systems and databases.
• Experience with negotiation and presentations.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus but not required.
