Role Description
We are a luxury med spa opening in the heart of Wesley Chapel, and we are looking for an exceptional laser technician to deliver transformative results.
While experience is a plus, we are committed to excellence and will provide specialized training for the right candidate. Ongoing, complimentary training will be provided as skincare treatments evolve, to maintain the highest standards of service.
What You Will Do
Advanced Aesthetics: Perform laser skin treatments, hair removal and advanced skin rejuvenation with precision and safety, with the ability and expertise to serve all skin types .
Consultative Sales: Create customized, long-term treatment plans for our members.
Client Retention: Educate clients on our membership tiers, compatible services and high-end medical-grade skincare.
Collaboration: Work alongside our Wellness team to provide a 360-degree approach to client beauty and health.
What We’re Looking For
Licensed Laser/Electrologist (FL State License Required): Minimum 1-2 years experience. Current Florida license(s) in good standing.
Growth Mindset: Excited about working for a new business in a high traffic, growing environment. Willing to assist in various spa duties as we grow.
