POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal Department Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and performance across the departments. This role is critical in driving process improvements, managing resources, and supporting the firm’s strategic growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leadership and Staff Management: Skilled in supervising teams, setting goals, coaching performance, and handling staffing needs.
• Administrative and Operational Coordination: Strong in organizing daily workflows, managing schedules, maintaining compliance, preparing operational reports, and researching KPIs.
• Communication: Excellent at addressing inquiries, resolving complex issues, and collaborating effectively across teams.
• Process Improvement and Compliance: Ability to implement procedures, monitor quality, ensure data security, and drive continuous improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
• Minimum of 10 years of total experience
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership or management experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with experience in performance tracking tools.
