Winsighght Staffing is actively seeking experienced and customer-focused hospitality professionals to join our growing network of restaurant partners. We are hiring Servers, Waitstaff, Hosts/Hostesses, and Bartenders for a variety of dynamic dining environments ranging from casual establishments to upscale venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
• For bartenders: prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
• For hosts/hostesses: greet guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating efficiently

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Must meet local legal requirements for serving alcohol (for bartender roles)
