Job Description

Our client is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and self-directed Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to join a growing team dedicated to improving outcomes for patients across post-acute care settings. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a non-hospital environment, working across rehab centers, retirement communities, long-term care, short-term care, and skilled nursing facilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values autonomy, efficiency, and meaningful patient impact. Our Client has built a strong reputation for a positive culture, low turnover, and internal growth. Team members stay because they enjoy the flexibility, the pace, the support, and the ability to do focused clinical work without the demands of a traditional hospital setting.

Providers are equipped with the tools they need to succeed, including auto reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, tablet, cell phone, and quarterly bonus opportunities. There is also additional earning potential tied to productivity for providers exceeding 32 billable hours/procedures/encounters in a 40-hour work week.

Why Join?

  • Non-hospital practice environment
  • Work across established facility settings rather than home-based care
  • Strong compensation package with bonus potential
  • Additional earnings tied to productivity
  • Mileage reimbursement after the first visit of the day
  • Company-provided tools, including tablet and cell phone
  • Supportive team culture with strong retention and advancement opportunity
  • Streamlined interview process: one phone interview and one virtual interview, with no in-person interview required before hiring decision
