Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized Customer Service / Office Administration Manager to support day to day operations within a facilities and utilities environment. This role serves as a central point of contact for building related requests, vendor coordination, and administrative support, while ensuring work orders, contracts, and documentation are handled accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will come from a facilities, property management, or utilities background (e.g., CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield) and is comfortable working in a fast paced, operationally focused onsite setting.
