Office Manager/Executive Assistant

Salary : $120,000 – 140,000 + Equity + Excellent Benefits!

Location: San Francisco - onsite Monday - Friday

Our client, a high-growth, venture-backed startup, is seeking an Office Manager & Executive Assistant to join their team and play a pivotal role in shaping how the company operates and scales.

This is not your typical office role. It’s a unique opportunity to step into the center of a fast-moving organization where you’ll influence both the day-to-day experience of the team and the effectiveness of leadership. You’ll be the driving force behind a seamless, high-functioning office while acting as a trusted partner to executives. From managing operations and vendor relationships to supporting strategic priorities and keeping leadership organized, your work will directly enable the company to move faster and smarter.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and elevate daily office operations, creating an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment
  • Manage vendors, logistics, supplies, and space planning with a proactive, solutions-first approach
  • Handle administrative functions including scheduling, bill pay, and account management
  • Partner closely with executives on calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning
  • Lead internal communications, team events, and employee experience initiatives
  • Build and refine operational processes that scale with the business
  • Serve as a go-to resource and culture driver across the organization

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in Office Management, Workplace Operations, or Executive Assistance (startup experience required)
  • A highly proactive, detail-oriented operator who takes pride in ownership
  • Confidence balancing hands-on execution with executive-level support
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and solving problems independently
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
