Pointwealth Capital Management – Receptionist

This position is for a Receptionist for a boutique wealth management firm located in Encino. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

We are a boutique investment firm located in Encino and we serve clients across the country. This role will be 100% in the office.

Responsibilities:

· Calendar management and scheduling meetings with clients and outside vendors

· Order lunch, office supplies, snacks, Christmas gifts, and other items when needed

· Talk with and provide a high level of hospitality with clients when they are in the office

· Send birthday cards to clients

· Plan 2-3 large events per year

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
• Superior communications skills, both oral and written; effective interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Hourly from $19+/hour

Schedule:

• Full-time; 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
