Residential Security Officer / Executive Protection

Location: Palo Alto, California, USA.

Rate of pay: $58 - $60 per hour (circa $150k - $156k) + benefits

Shift Pattern: You will work a mixture of days, nights & weekends on a rota basis. Typically, an average of 50 hours per week plus overtime opportunities.

Permanent / Full time.

We are seeking an exceptional executive protection professional for a permanent role based in Palo Alto, California. This role presents a great opportunity to join a professional residential security team. If you have first class customer service skills with prior military and CP/EP/RST experience this could the role for you.

There is no accommodation offered with this role. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the US and live within a commutable distance of Northern California.

Essential criteria:

• At least 3 years’ experience working in the executive protection/RST or close protection sector
• Prior experience in the military
• Have your own transport (unless you live close to the area and can reliably commute)
• Full legal right to work in the USA. Sponsorship is not offered.
• Well presented with excellent communication skills
• Happy working a mix of days, nights and weekends on a rota basis.

Duties to include:

• Meeting and greeting visitors to the site in a polite and customer focused manner
• Manage access control to the site
• Incident management
• Escorting contractors at the site
• Internal and external patrols
• Operation of CCTV and access control systems
• Produce accurate and comprehensive incident reports
• Ensure all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
• Work in conjunction with site Assignment Instructions
• Respond to emergency situations
• Work as part of a customer focused team
