Server – Itaewon Pocha + Karaoke (Houston)

We’re hiring high-energy, fast-paced servers for our Korean pocha + karaoke bar.

Pay:

• $2.13/hr + tips
• Typical earnings: $20–$35/hr+ depending on performance

⏰ Shifts:

• Start: 4PM or 6PM
• End: 2AM–3AM
• Shift length: 8–12 hours
• Must be available weekends & late nights

What You’ll Be Doing (All-In-One Role):

• Hosting / greeting guests
• Serving food & drinks
• Running food
• Bussing / resetting tables
• Basic bartending
• Managing karaoke rooms / guest experience

This is a hands-on, team-first environment — no standing around.

⚠️ What We’re Looking For:

• High energy – must match a nightlife/karaoke crowd
• Strong sense of urgency & hustle
• Able to handle high volume + pressure
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident with guests
• Reliable and on time (non-negotiable)

Important:

• We are very strict on service standards & policies
• No phone use, no sitting, no slacking during shifts
• If you’re looking for an “easy serving job,” this is NOT it

• Has bar / nightlife experience
• Thrives in loud, fast environments
• Takes pride in making money through great service
