University based in NYC is looking for a Senior PeopleSoft Security & Data Protection Analyst . Must live in the tristate (NY/NJ/CT) area and be open to occasional onsite NYC.
Senior PeopleSoft Application Security and Data Protection Analyst will be responsible for administering, developing and maintaining university's PeopleSoft Application Security environment. The Lead Application Security and Data Protection Analyst will configure and deploy PeopleSoft Security to each instance within the Production and Non-Production environments.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develops and maintains PeopleSoft Security Roles and Permission lists .
· Administers User preferences for PeopleSoft Finance application.
· Develops and maintains Data Mover scripts for security tasks.
· Administers Security requests in production and non-production environments.
· Administers Query Security, PeopleTools Object Security, Tree Manager.
· Generates reports related to PeopleSoft users, Roles, Permission Lists, Department Level access using SQL queries, Query report manager.
· Works with the PS Development and PS Administration team on migrations of security objects across all PeopleSoft environments.
· Work with PeopleSoft Time and Labor security roles and permission lists and dynamic queries
· Administer additional Applications Security requirements.
· Evaluate PeopleSoft Tools and Application upgrades for impact on configuration and mitigates unintended consequences and maintain functional documentation for the PeopleSoft security configuration processes
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's degree and/or its equivalent required.
· Minimum 5-7 years’ related experience.
· 6+ years’ experience in PeopleSoft Development and Security .
· Knowledge of Business process flows/Table structures within PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM modules .
· Experience in Workflow security administration, ChartField Security, Department Tree Security.
· Excellent knowledge of PeopleTools 8.50 or higher versions, PeopleSoft Application Designer, Data Mover, PeopleTools Object Security, Query Security administration, Database Security and Encryption technologies for Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, Databases.
