Now Hiring: Testing Coordinator (Workday Implementation)

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Testing Coordinator to lead and manage testing efforts for an enterprise-level Workday (HR/Finance) implementation . This role is critical to ensuring the overall success, quality, and timely delivery of testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end testing activities across workstreams
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Workstream Leads to assign testing resources
• Develop, review, and maintain test scenarios, scripts, and documentation
• Ensure test data preparation and environment readiness
• Monitor testing progress, quality, and effectiveness using a risk-based approach
• Track defects, test coverage, and performance metrics
• Facilitate status meetings and provide regular reporting
• Escalate issues impacting timelines or project deliverables
• Ensure compliance with organizational testing standards and processes

Primary Duties

✔ Analyze project requirements to define testing scope

✔ Estimate timelines and resource needs for testing

✔ Coordinate test execution and ensure proper sequencing

✔ Validate test data and documentation accuracy

✔ Ensure testing team responsibilities are clearly defined

✔ Review testing artifacts and reports

✔ Drive timely delivery of testing milestones

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field + 1 year IT experience
• OR
• Associate’s degree in a related field + 3 years IT experience

(Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.)

Highly Desired

⭐ 18+ months experience as a Testing Coordinator in a Workday (HR/Finance) implementation
