About the Company

We are partnering with a growing commercial real estate investment and development firm to hire a Transaction Coordinator. This role will support acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management initiatives across a diverse portfolio.

About the Role

This is a high-impact position working closely with leadership and deal teams, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants deeper exposure to deal execution and investment activity.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions from LOI through closing
  • Track key milestones including due diligence, financing, and closing timelines
  • Prepare, organize, and manage transaction documents (contracts, amendments, closing packages)
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams, brokers, legal counsel, lenders, and third parties
  • Support acquisitions and dispositions by managing data rooms and documentation
  • Assist with financial and operational reporting tied to active deals
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems and ensure compliance with deadlines
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact transaction timelines

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in:
  • Commercial real estate
  • Transaction coordination
  • Escrow/title
  • Real estate operations or development support
  • Exposure to commercial transactions (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of
  • Due diligence processes
  • Lease agreements and/or purchase contracts
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Skills

  • Commercial real estate firm
  • Developer / investor
  • Brokerage (investment sales or leasing)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Apto, Dealpath, or similar platforms
  • Real estate license is a plus but not required
