About the Role

Édité is a boutique fashion agency specializing in wholesale for a curated portfolio of cutting-edge luxury and contemporary designers. We are looking for an Experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team.

This role is designed for a strategic sales professional who is already established in the industry. We are looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running with an existing network of retail contacts and a deep understanding of the US contemporary market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing relationships with major department stores and specialty boutiques across the United States.
  • Sales Strategy: Project seasonal sales, negotiate order volumes, and proactively identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Market Operations: Lead all market week preparation, including calendar management, line sheet oversight, and showroom appointments.
  • Account Acquisition: Research, vet, and open new accounts that align with our designers’ brand positioning.
  • End-to-End Execution: Oversee the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and appointments to order entry, credit checks, and delivery monitoring.
  • Brand Development: Partner with our designers to refine their US market strategy and seasonal positioning.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in Wholesale Sales, specifically within the luxury or contemporary RTW categories.
  • Network: An active, established book of contacts with US buyers and retailers is essential.
  • Multi-Brand Portfolio: Proven ability to manage multiple designer identities and diverse delivery schedules simultaneously.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills. Fluency in French is a strong plus.
  • Education: Business degree or equivalent industry background preferred.
