Job Description

Position Summary

The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an outpatient our Ambulatory Surgery Center. This includes leadership across clinical quality, patient care delivery, financial performance, physician engagement, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and facility management. This role ensures adherence to standards set by OSHA, The Joint Commission, and all applicable regulatory agencies.

Shift : Mon-Fri (8am-5pm)

Pay : $80,000 - $90,000

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Patient Care

  • Partner with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and organizational policies and procedures
  • Promote continuous improvement in patient care delivery

Communication & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the center and affiliated physician practices
  • Maintain professional and effective communication channels
  • Coordinate regular outreach and communication with local dialysis facilities
  • Support community education initiatives and outreach efforts

Staff Leadership

  • Oversee all aspects of team member management, including recruitment, performance evaluations, development, and retention
  • Address employee relations matters in alignment with organizational policies

Operations & Equipment Management

  • Ensure proper ordering, storage, and utilization of medical supplies
  • Maintain familiarity with approved product formularies
  • Monitor and ensure functionality and maintenance of all clinical equipment

Financial Oversight

  • Manage center budget and inventory levels
  • Review and present financial reports to physician partners
  • Collaborate with billing and reimbursement teams to support accurate and timely claims processing

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred; required within one year of hire or promotion
  • Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
