Aegis has partnered with a Nashville-based client to add a Customer Service Rep to their team during their busy season (May–September).
This isn’t your typical call center role, as there are no scripts, no sales, no outbound calls, and no strict call time requirements. The focus is simple: deliver exceptional customer service. Success in this role is measured by answering calls and fully resolving the customer’s needs on the first interaction.
There is also the option to work remotely; however, you’ll need to provide your own laptop and headset.
Please note this role is CONTRACT ONLY, lasting 4-5 months.
