What You'll Be Doing

As a Staff Accountant, you’ll be a vital part of the team, playing a hands-on role in the company's financial operations. You'll get to:

• Help maintain accurate financial records by reviewing the general ledger, preparing bank reconciliations, and preparing essential journal entries (depreciation, accruals, etc.).
• Problem-solve: Work directly with colleagues across the company to answer financial questions and resolve issues, building your communication and critical thinking skills.
• Close the books: Participate in the crucial month-end close process, identifying and correcting any anomalies to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

What You Bring to the Team

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 0-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance environment, whether through an internship or a previous role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including V-Look Ups and Pivot Tables . Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus, but not required!
