You'll coordinate simultaneous nap schedules, parallel play, individualized attention, and daily routines that help both children thrive. Experience with multiples is strongly preferred. Duties also include light meal prep, kids' laundry, and coordinating with us on developmental milestones. We're a close-knit family who will treat you like part of the team.
