Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Miami, FL. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate development projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include managing multiple development projects through the full lifecycle, lead pre-development activities, including feasibility, entitlements, and design. Oversee architects, engineers, consultants, and general contractors. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost management. Manage GC procurement, bidding, and contract negotiations. Review pay applications, change orders, and monthly cost reports. Monitor construction progress, quality, and schedule. Identify and mitigate project risks. Coordinate with internal teams (finance, leasing, asset management).

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management – bilingual plus
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Financial and cost-control acumen
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with South Florida’s real estate and construction landscape is highly desirable.
