Workday Financial Trainer

Applicants must be willing to be onsite weekly in Downtown Atlanta

Training Scope & Timeline

• 4 month contract role
• 14–20 instructor-led courses covering the full financial back office
• Courses span 7 agencies
• Class size: ~25 users per class
• Significant need for Day 1 readiness by role and workstream

Training Model & Content

• Train-the-Trainer program launched
• Super User program enabled
• Content is already developed
• Instructor-led courses
• E-learning modules (e.g., Financial Accounting 1 & 2, AP two-part course)
• Workbooks and documentation
• Testing scripts built by BAs
• Content is structured by workstream
• OCM team has documented change impacts
• Key focus areas:
• Early knowledge / early learning
• Understanding how the system works and why it was designed that way
• Developing internal staff to articulate and train processes
