Job Description

Carry bus tubs to kitchen. Sweep floors. Prepare written requisitions and orders kitchen stock. Maintain and replenish supplies for bus persons, such as napkins, flatware, and condiments

• Carry bus tubs (approximately 40 pounds maximum weight).
• Sweep floors, push cart through restaurant.
• Prepare written requisitions and orders kitchen stock.
• Maintain and replenish supplies for bus persons; i.e., napkins, silverware, condiments.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
