Warehouse Supervisor (Night Shift)

Location: Pine Brook, NJ

Compensation: $75K–$85K base salary + 6% annual bonus

Summary:

• This is a hands-on Outbound Warehouse Supervisor role inside a large, high-volume 200,000+ sq. ft. distribution center. The position is heavily focused on truck execution — picking to conveyor systems, pallet building, staging, and dock loading.
• This role also requires a fully bilingual (Spanish/English) supervisor who can clearly communicate expectations across the shift.
• Experience working in a union environment is a strong plus .
• The company will certify all leaders on equipment, but they are specifically looking for someone who already has strong prior Material Handling Equipment (MHE) experience and is comfortable leading from the floor in a fast-paced shipping environment.

What you will be doing:

• Lead outbound execution including conveyor picking, pallet loading, staging, and dock flow
• Ensure trucks are loaded accurately and able to depart on schedule
• Manage labor planning, staffing levels, and shift workflow priorities
• Monitor and drive productivity, throughput, and order accuracy metrics
• Coach and develop associates while reinforcing safety and operational standards
• Enforce proper and safe use of forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other MHE
• Partner with leadership to manage volume spikes, dock congestion, and shipment delays
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient outbound operation

What you bring:

• Experience supervising outbound or shipping operations in a high-volume distribution center
• Strong hands-on Material Handling Equipment experience — required
• Fluent Spanish/English communication skills — required
• Union environment experience is a major plus
• Strong understanding of conveyor-based picking and dock loading processes
• Ability to lead teams in deadline-driven, fast-moving shift environments
• Comfortable working with warehouse systems, reporting, and labor management
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
